Return/Exchange Policy:

1. Refund at complete value is possible within 7 days to ensure consumer satisfaction.

2. Exchange possible within 14 days of purchase.

3. Inspection is necessary and refunds will be processed within 3 days.

4. Original receipt is required for process.

5. We do not guarantee breakage of any article, we provide warranty of service.

Items not eligible for return/exchange:

1. Worn, altered and damaged jewelry.

2. Customised and personalised jewelry.

3. Jewelry on sale or offer.

Resale policy:

1. ₨ 1500 per gram to be deducted from the current rate.

2. Stones and beads to be deducted from net gold before assessing resale value.

3. 40% of selling price, stated on receipt, will be deducted in case of cashback on diamond jewelry.

Rights:

Al-Syed Jewellers reserves the right to alter policies as required to maintain flexibility and adaptability in our business operations. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
